Gather the whole family at Minicamping Drentse Monden for a Dutch holiday ... From our cozy minicamping less than a five-minute drive from the village of Nieuw-Weerdinge you can easily wander through Drenthe, but of course you can also just stay on the cozy base and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere with a drink on the terrace, a party in the hall or a good book. Nothing should be possible.
At the weekend the atmosphere becomes a bit more lively because entertainment such as karaoke or a bingo evening is organized. Younger guests can also spend their time at the air hockey table in the hall or with old-fashioned board games, while their parents sit by the fireplace with a cup of tea / coffee, etc. If the weather permits and there is enough enthusiasm, pancakes can also be served. baked on a campfire. In the village 5 minutes drive is a supermarket for daily needs. Or in Ter-apel 10 minutes drive.
The area also has a lot to offer to keep families busy: Wildlands Adventure Zoo is a 20 minute drive in Emmen and Plopsa Indoor Coevorden amusement park is just past (about half an hour's drive from the campsite)
South of the village is the Grote Rietplas with its sandbanks (about a 30 minute drive); if you would like to catch fish instead of swimming in between, you can go to one of the many channels around Nieuw-Weerdinge, or fish for trout at Oetz within cycling distance of our campsite (about 15 minutes cycling).
