The countryside, the quietness and lots of hiking places: That's Nires! A village situated in Cluj County, in the North-Western part of Romania.
In Cluj County, look for the town Dej. Coming from Dej, Nires is situated about 10km left from highway DN1c to Gherla. From the DN1c there are signposts leading you to the campsite, which is surrounded by majestic hills, away from any main roads.
The best place to just relax and enjoy nature.
The owner of the camping is the Burjan family, local farmers, friendly and hospitable.
If you decided to stay here for some time, they will show you the surroundings and be your guides for trips onto the mountains nearby (Cheile Turzii, Colibita, Transfagarasan) or to well-known cities e.g. Vatra Dornei, Cluj-Napoca - just 70 km away).
But a guided visit to salt mines, caves, old churches, swimming pool (about 8 km away) is possible.
